WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?

This event is available only to customers who place an eligible RoseRoseShop order with a merchandise subtotal of US$30 or more.

The US$30 minimum applies to the product subtotal only, before shipping fees, taxes, duties, or other additional charges.

Orders below a US$30 merchandise subtotal are not eligible for this event.

HOW TO RECEIVE THE GIFT

For each Drop, the first eligible completed order with a merchandise subtotal of US$30 or more recorded in the RoseRoseShop order confirmation system after the announced Drop Time will receive one K-Beauty Mystery Gift worth approximately US$50.

There is no random drawing.

Recipients are determined strictly by the order timestamp and sequence recorded by the RoseRoseShop order confirmation system.

The time a customer opens checkout, clicks the payment button, or submits payment outside our system does not determine priority. The official record in the RoseRoseShop order confirmation system will be used as the final reference.

If two or more orders display the same recorded time, the order that appears first in our system's recorded order sequence will take priority.

Only successfully completed and eligible orders qualify. Cancelled, unpaid, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid orders are excluded.

ELIGIBILITY

The promotion is intended for eligible RoseRoseShop customers in the United States and Canada, where permitted.

To qualify, an order must:

• Have a merchandise subtotal of at least US$30
• Be successfully completed and recorded in the RoseRoseShop order confirmation system
• Meet all event requirements in effect at the applicable Drop Time

Shipping fees, taxes, customs duties, and other additional charges do not count toward the US$30 minimum purchase requirement.

Each Drop ends once its first eligible qualifying order has been identified.

TRANSPARENT RESULTS

To keep the event transparent, the final recipient information will be published on the RoseRoseShop Blog after the promotion.

For each Drop, we will disclose:

• The partially masked order number
• The order time recorded in our system
• The applicable Drop Time
• Confirmation that the order was the first eligible order recorded after that Drop Time

Customer names, addresses, email addresses, payment information, and other personal information will not be published.

The RoseRoseShop order confirmation system record will serve as the official basis for determining the recipients.
