I have used these patches on my shoulders, back and hip for a few years now and they are marvellous. I play lots of golf and they really work for me.

This patch doesn't feel like IcyHot or warm or cold, so you wonder if it's even working, but it IS working. The pain or inflammation seems to lessen even though there is no warming or cooling sensation. It has no strong medicated smell either. It comes off easily if it gets wet in the shower (or if you had it on your hand and wash your hands often). This has replaced all the other pain patches in our household, and my friends' and family's. Definitely recommend.
