[COSRX] Centella Water Alcohol Free Toner - 150ml

It was my first time using an alcohol-free toner. It has no smell and isn't moisturizing or balancing. I couldn't find/feel differences between the toner and tap water. Maybe it is helpful for people with really sensitive skin but it didn't do anything on my combination skin. I think the other toners from COSRX are much better.
