1. Daily wash: Pump an appropriate amount, gently massage along the Y-zone and anal area, then rinse thoroughly.

2. For severe skin troubles: Apply an appropriate amount to problem areas, leave on for at least 3 minutes, then rinse clean. (Try using the medicinal, highly concentrated natural active ingredients like a mask pack for enhanced trouble relief and deodorizing effects.)

3. Face wash & body troubles: Use as a facial cleanser or body wash on troubled or ultra-sensitive areas. The skin-improving ingredients help soothe and relieve skin troubles.
