Instead of free shipping, we try to provide the best price and best quality of the products to our customers.
A. Shipping fee is flexible depending on weight of a package, which country a buyer lives, and what shipping method a buyer chooses.
Basically, it is weight-based shipping.
You can check it in your cart when you click 'check out' after adding items in cart.
A. Shipping term is about 10-35 days for registered mail (K-packet, Air parcel, Rincos, YSL) and 5-10 days for EMS and DHL from shipping date, which excludes weekends and holidays from the count.
A. We need preparation time (lead time), which usually takes 1-3 business days, but can also go up to 3-5 days for bigger orders.
A. Yes, all of the shipping options have tracking numbers.
