Country-Specific Shipping Notices
Please review the following notices for smooth delivery to your country.

USA
The customs clearance threshold has been lowered. We recommend keeping your order total under $100 (excluding shipping costs).

Brazil
A CPF number is required for all orders. All items will be declared at their actual value.

Indonesia
A TAX ID (NPWP) is required for all orders.

Peru
A maximum of 4 items per shipment and 3 shipments per year are permitted for import. (Due to this quantity limit, free gifts cannot be included.)
The seller is not responsible for returns caused by unpaid taxes or import prohibitions.

Spain
Cosmetic products are not prohibited from being imported into Spain by law. However, cosmetic shipments from non-EU countries are subject to strict customs inspections and may be restricted depending on local customs regulations and the courier's import policies.

As a result, shipments intended for personal use may still be delayed, refused customs clearance, or returned to the sender.

Before placing an order, please review Spain's import regulations and verify that the full ingredient list (INCI) of your desired product complies with applicable EU requirements.

The seller is not responsible for customs delays, import refusal, returned shipments, or additional charges resulting from local customs regulations or courier policies.

Mexico
Cosmetic products imported into Mexico are regulated by COFEPRIS (Federal Commission for the Protection against Sanitary Risk) and must comply with applicable import requirements, including ingredient and labeling regulations.

While personal imports may be permitted, cosmetic shipments sent by international courier may require additional documentation during customs clearance, including but not limited to:

- COFEPRIS-related documentation
- NOM compliance documentation
- Declaration for personal (non-commercial) import

Requirements may vary depending on the shipment and the customs officer's assessment.

Order Weight Limit Notice

1. Orders exceeding a total weight of 30kg may be restricted at checkout.
2. The system may automatically block payment for overweight orders.
3. Please split your order into multiple shipments if the weight limit is exceeded.

Shipment Tracking
Failure to receive a customs notification from the shipping carrier is not a valid reason for a refund. Please check your tracking information regularly and contact your local customs office directly if any issues or delays occur.
