1. Apply an appropriate amount to a dry scalp or a scalp lightly dampened with lukewarm water.
2. Massage the scalp for approximately 3 minutes, allowing the carbonated bubbles to spread evenly.
3. Gently massage with your fingertips, then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
