After cleansing, apply an appropriate amount to the face using your hands or a cotton pad. Gently pat into the skin until fully absorbed. For areas that need extra hydration, soak a cotton pad with the toner and leave it on the skin for a few minutes as a mini toner mask. Use morning and evening.
